Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a loader to join our team in Kingscourt. The Loader is responsible for safely and efficiently loading precast concrete products onto trucks for delivery to various job sites. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely load precast concrete products onto delivery trucks using forklifts, cranes or other lifting equipment.
- Inspect precast concrete products for defects or damages before loading.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and other heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain accurate records of loaded and unloaded products.
- Work as part of a team to carry out duties to meet deadlines.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Previous experience in loading or handling heavy materials, preferably precast concrete, is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team.
- Requires standing, lifting, and operating heavy machinery for extended periods.
