Lifecycle Manager

This role can be based out of any of our Ireland office locations and will include a combination of office, travel to site and remote working. BAM operates a flexible working policy.
- Lifecycle Fund Management: Oversee lifecycle funds for 25-year PPP contracts, ensuring accurate budget delivery and sufficiency models from inception to expiry.
- Budget Review: Review annual lifecycle budgets and agree annual plans with each facility.
- Funder Applications: Submit annual lifecycle applications to funders and monitor lifecycle works, including payment applications and monthly reporting.
- Procedure Implementation: Develop and implement asset lifecycle procedures to optimize performance and opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Value for Money Seek value for money through bundle-wide agreements
- Technology Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve / upgrade technology through innovation and new technology, within budget constraints.
- Business Development: Opportunity to grow Lifecycle Services as an offering to a wider Client base through business development with new and existing Clients. Assistance with tendering.
- Systems Review: Collaborate with operations and quality teams to update asset lifecycle procedures, asset information management and reporting processes.
- Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Built Environment.
- Experience in the built environment and asset management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and budgeting management experience.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, people management and interpersonal skills.
