Lifecycle Manager

BAM Facilities Management is currently recruiting for a Lifecycle Manager.
This role can be based out of any of our Ireland office locations and will include a combination of office, travel to site and remote working. BAM operates a flexible working policy.

Your mission

Key Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Fund Management: Oversee lifecycle funds for 25-year PPP contracts, ensuring accurate budget delivery and sufficiency models from inception to expiry.
Budget Review: Review annual lifecycle budgets and agree annual plans with each facility.
Funder Applications: Submit annual lifecycle applications to funders and monitor lifecycle works, including payment applications and monthly reporting.
Procedure Implementation: Develop and implement asset lifecycle procedures to optimize performance and opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Value for Money Seek value for money through bundle-wide agreements
Technology Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve / upgrade technology through innovation and new technology, within budget constraints.
Business Development: Opportunity to grow Lifecycle Services as an offering to a wider Client base through business development with new and existing Clients. Assistance with tendering.
Systems Review: Collaborate with operations and quality teams to update asset lifecycle procedures, asset information management and reporting processes.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Built Environment.
Experience in the built environment and asset management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
Strong commercial awareness and budgeting management experience.
Excellent organizational, presentation, people management and interpersonal skills.
