Are you an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to join a friendly and dynamic team? The Ellison Hotel is seeking a part time Hotel Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay.


Objective of the Role:


As the successful candidate, you will greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring their stay starts on a positive note. Full training on our systems will be provided.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Guest Reception: Greet and welcome all hotel guests.
• Registration and Payment: Register guests upon arrival and handle payments.
• Guest Queries: Answer questions about in-house facilities and local tourist information.
• Key Security: Take responsibility for the security of keys.
• Information Management: Update guest information in the computer system.
• Reservations: Take and confirm reservations.

Skills and Requirements:

• 
  Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
• Initiative: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Communication: Strong communication skills.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under tight deadlines and in a pressurized environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Experience with Hot-soft is advantageous.
