At We Love Fundraising, we’re on the lookout for passionate, driven individuals to join our vibrant and energetic team of Fundraising Representatives. As we expand our portfolio of non-profit partners, we need people who are motivated by making a real difference in the world. If you care about important social issues like poverty, climate change, and access to clean water, this is your chance to help create lasting change.
Why this role is for you:
Are you looking for a career that’s not just a job, but a chance to make a meaningful impact? Do you want to work with a team that’s fun, supportive, and dedicated to giving back? If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and enjoy working face-to-face with people, then we want you on our team.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Fundraising Representative, you’ll be representing respected non-profit organisations in the Cork community. You’ll be engaging with the public, promoting the missions, values, and vision of these non-profits, while building relationships with potential supporters. Your day will be filled with:
  • Building Connections: Engage with people face-to-face, listen to their stories, and share how they can help make a difference by supporting impactful non-profits.
  • Raising Awareness: Promote the work of high-profile non-profit organisations, sharing their successes and encouraging others to get involved by becoming regular donors.
  • Securing Support: You’ll help sign up new donors, ensuring they understand how their contributions can directly support the causes they care about.
  • Target-Driven Environment: Work in a competitive, high-energy setting where meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets is key, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
What we’re looking for:
  • Great Communication Skills: You can easily build rapport and enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life.
  • A Positive Attitude: You're resilient, motivated, and can keep up your energy even during challenging times.
  • Passion for Social Change: You care about the world around you and want to contribute to non-profits that are making a real difference.
  • Willingness to Learn: No previous fundraising experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need to succeed in the role.
Perks & Benefits:
  • Comprehensive Training: Receive full in-house workshops, on-site training, and ongoing support to help you grow your skills and excel in the role.
  • Career Growth: Top performers can move into leadership roles within 6-12 months. We love to promote from within!
  • Travel Opportunities: Some of our Fundraising Representatives have the chance to travel across Ireland, and even internationally, to attend events, train new recruits, and represent non-profits at special events and awards galas.
  • A Fun, Competitive Team: Join a vibrant, high-energy team that works hard but knows how to have fun and celebrate every success.
  • Competitive Pay & Incentives: Daily salary of €90 per day with performance-based commission available on top, so the more you achieve, the more you earn. We also offer exciting rewards and incentives.
