We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with expertise in Windows operating systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and Windows OS repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As an IT Support Specialist, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of computer systems and equipment, ensuring our clients receive timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop and laptop computers running Windows OS.
• Perform repairs and replacements of defective components such as hard drives, RAM, motherboards, power supplies, and other internal hardware.
• Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Conduct virus and malware removal and provide preventative maintenance.
• Assist customers with data backup and recovery solutions.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, both in-person and over the phone, and remote support.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and repair techniques related to Windows OS.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Travel to Europe for work assignments as needed, providing on-site support and services to our European clients.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: €26,449.36-€35,900.20 per year
