We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at The Dropping Well!
The Dropping Well is a well-loved establishment, set in the scenic surroundings of Milltown, Dublin, along the banks of the River Dodder. Known for its cosy, welcoming atmosphere and rich history, The Dropping Well combines traditional Irish pub charm with modern comforts. With a spacious outdoor terrace, delicious food, and a lively bar, it’s a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. The aim of this role is to eventually grow into a General Manager position.
Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Bar manager role in Ireland.
Drive and enthusiasm to deliver high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
A passion for food, Irish whiskey, premium gins, and cocktails.
Experience working under pressure.
Flexibility to work weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €50,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
