We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at The Dropping Well!

The aim of this role is to eventually grow into a General Manager position.
Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Bar manager role in Ireland.
• Drive and enthusiasm to deliver high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• A passion for food, Irish whiskey, premium gins, and cocktails.
• Experience working under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €50,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
