your After School Teacher at Dublin Steiner School
The Dublin Steiner School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic After School
Teacher, for the months of January and February to lead a group of Primary after-school children (aged 5 - 11 years) from 2.30 -
5 pm (with the shift ending at 5.30 pm to allow for tidying up). The 2.5 hours would
include a snack time, free play, and garden play.
This would also be a good opportunity and stepping stone into our school to learn more
about our educational ethos and approach.

The Dublin Steiner School is a vibrant and growing Waldorf school with a committed
community in the heart of Dublin, Ireland. Originally opening our doors in 2009 as a
parent-toddler group, we have since grown into a full kindergarten and primary school,
with two Kindergarten Classes (3-5 year olds), a Bridge Class (5-7 year olds), and
combined classes of Class 1 & 2, Class 3 & 4 and Class 5 & 6 .
Dublin Steiner School is governed by a small and dedicated Board of Trustees, currently
made up of parents, managed by a Head of School and supported by various
committees: fund-raising, premises, festivals. Dublin Steiner School is a non-profit and
registered charity.
Role Requirements:
Applicants must be fluent in English, e.g. English Mastery, CEFR Level C1.
Applicants must have the appropriate work visa in place to apply.
Ideally, applicants will have knowledge and interest in Steiner Waldorf Education.
