Job Description:

• Monitor Distributors and Sub-Distributors' activities in distributing goods to stores.
• Conduct regular surveys with distributors, sub-distributors, and stores to gather market information.
• Collaborate on joint visits with distributor sales teams.
• Inform the team about competitor programs, promotions, and market activities.
• Ensure effective communication and implementation of programs within the distributor's sales team.
• Facilitate routine meetings with distributor sales teams.
• Monitor the performance of Distributors and Sub-Distributors.
• Coordinate with relevant parties, such as warehouses, for timely order processing and delivery.
• Ensure prompt handling and resolution of customer complaints and feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Min 2 years experience in distribution management or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct market surveys and analyze trends.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with customer feedback handling and resolution processes.
• Willingness to travel for surveys and meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
