Sales associate is responsible for managing activities intended to achieve individual sales objectives and store sales and operational objective, such as promoting product attributes to the customer at the highest company standard, developing and enhancing personal skills to increase sales results, and participating in the promotion of a positive work/store environment
Customer Service and Sales : Engage in up selling and multiple selling for all product types
Ensure in providing consistently highest level of customer service in every transaction Develop and strengthen customer relations to the next level Responsible to manage individual client book
Store Operations: Be able to correctly operate the POS system, in all areas relating to sales transactions, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input Perform other duties as assigned by management Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products to management
Properly receive, display and store merchandise according to company guidelines
Completely understand and undertake the inter-store transfer of merchandise
Understand the stock level/assortment of the store
Understand and implement proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines
Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluency in English: Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Proactive Attitude: Proactive and friendly approach towards customer engagement and sales.
Sales Experience: Proven work experience in a boutique setting, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Styling Skills: Passion for fashion and the ability to assist customers in creating stylish looks with our products.
Store Management: Basic coordination skills to manage and organize products within the store.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and find effective resolutions.
