- Strategize hotel pricing concept, yield management and selling strategies with dynamic wholesale, OTA’s, B2B in order to maximize the revenue.
-Analyze historical data and current market trends to forecast revenue and occupancy rates accurately, adjusting strategies as necessary.
-Work closely with Sales and Marketing team to ensure the pricing strategies align with overall business goals and promotional champaigns.
-Control the product inventory, ensuring the right allocation to various channels (OTA’s, direct booking, global distribution system, etc.) to maximize the profitability.
-Conduct competitive analysis and always update on industry trends to adjust the pricing and strategies based on market conditions.
-Creating accurate revenue projections and budgets, adjusting for seasonality, market shifts, and other factors that might impact performance.
-Utilizing specialized software tools and systems to track, manage, and optimize pricing, availability, and revenue across various channels.
-Communicate the revenue performance, strategy changes, and financial results to the management. Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue trends and forecasts.
