We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This position will support HR functions in various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:

Manage HR-related administration, including employee records and document filing.
Monitor and record employee attendance.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
Support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Assist in managing employee benefits and other administrative needs.
Provide HR-related support to ensure smooth team operations.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in HR (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management, Psychology, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and skilled at multitasking.
