We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This position will support HR functions in various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR-related administration, including employee records and document filing.
  • Monitor and record employee attendance.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits and other administrative needs.
  • Provide HR-related support to ensure smooth team operations.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and skilled at multitasking.
