We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Sales Agent to join our team and contribute to growing the company’s market share in Indonesia.
The ideal candidate should have some experience in a service-oriented environment, demonstrate enthusiasm for building relationships with clients, and possess a keen eye for new business opportunities. A proactive approach to meeting sales targets and conducting successful client meetings is essential.
Responsibilities

• Dedicate the majority of your time to business development, prospecting new customers, and converting a minimum of 16 leads into prospects each month.
• Research Indonesia’s logistics and supply chain landscape, monitor competitor activities, and support the development of strategic plans to capture market opportunities in key sectors such as 3PL, Manufacturing, Aviation, Biotech, Automotive, Cold Chain, and Energy.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns to drive sales growth, introduce new services, and promote proven solutions to new markets.
• Collaborate with HQ to leverage product lines, propose complementary offerings, and identify opportunities for additional revenue streams.
• Support efforts to secure business revenue and contribute to achieving financial targets within the first year.
• Build relationships with trade lane partners and overseas agents to expand networks and develop partnerships.
• Contribute to setting sales targets and objectives (OKRs and KPIs) in line with company goals, and track progress towards quarterly and annual goals.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues effectively.
• Assist with freight customer operations, including carrier selection, cost negotiation, documentation preparation, and shipment monitoring, especially for time-sensitive shipments.
• Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and perform additional tasks assigned by the management.

Work Schedule & Location

• Schedule: 5.5 days/week (alternate saturday after confirmation)
• Location: Office in Jakarta
