Digital Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our healthcare marketplace by recruiting healthcare providers, such as clinics and doctors, to join our platform. You will leverage your digital outreach skills to build a robust pipeline of potential medical centers and sell subscription services that meet their needs. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading healthcare marketplace and play a key role in shaping the future of global healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, identify, and recruit healthcare providers (clinics, doctors, etc.) to join our healthcare marketplace platform.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential medical centers through strategic digital outreach efforts (email, social media, and professional networks).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at promoting and selling digital subscription services to healthcare providers.
  • Conduct thorough online research to understand the unique needs of the market and tailor digital sales pitches to address specific pain points of each medical specialty.
  • Prepare for client interactions by understanding the medical center’s background, services, and potential challenges to provide customized solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to keep the sales cycle moving efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, campaigns, and efforts for enhanced provider acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in global healthcare services, including technological advancements and market demands, to improve outreach and sales performance.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the platform.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in digital sales or business development, ideally within the healthcare, medical, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based services and the ability to sell these to healthcare providers.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and sales processes.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with marketing teams to drive coordinated acquisition efforts.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
