• Respond to incoming phone calls, support tickets, and online chat requests, and be comfortable with face-to-face interactions.

• Assist customers in resolving their issues effectively.

• Provide clear and accurate information in response to customer inquiries.

• Maintain a friendly environment while gracefully addressing customer complaints.

Persyaratan

• Willing to work on-site with a shift system, including night shifts and weekends.

• Possess a strong understanding of our products.
