Responsibilities :
- Manage Category Pn L
- Maintain relationships and communication with suppliers to understand their problems, available items and volume capacity
- Perform merchandising strategy to increase revenue (assortment, sales margin strategy, demand forecasting)
- Strategic initiatives to improve reliability (product availability, acceptable quality, timeliness of suppliers)
- Determine optimum supply chain
- At least 4 - 6 year of experiance in category management as a merchandising or sourcing manager for a supermarket, hypermarket, online grocer, or distributor
- Strong leadership skills and communication skills to be able to drive multiple functions within the organization.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to analyze pricing and data to drive key strategic decisionsa
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, and self motivated
- Growth mindset and capacity to grow and learn quickly
