We are looking for an ambitious Trainee Lawyer - Specialized in Commercial Dispute Resolution and Tax Controversy to join our team!
Required professional background and skills:
-
0-5 years' experience in Dispute Resolution and/ or tax controversy - preferably gained at an international or a local, specialized law firm or at the tax authority - proficiency in both English and Hungarian,
- university degree
- excellent MS Office (Excel, Word) knowledge,
- professional attitude and appearance, flexibility,
- outstanding communication skills.
Your future role
- contribution to the development of strategy for commercial litigation cases and tax disputes
- provision of assistance related to commercial disputes and tax authority proceedings
- writing pleadings and participating in court hearings
- continuous review of legal changes and court practice
- develop creative problem solving and self-suggestions (in English and Hungarian)
- professional research, analysis
