KOSTAL Group is a global, family-owned German company that develops market-leading solutions for the solar and automotive industries. The company has been established in 1912 and employs about 20 000 people at 47 locations in 22 countries. In Hungary, KOSTAL is about to build its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. This will be a global centre with high value-added and complex processes.
Job Description
- Master Data Cleanup: Standardize, and cleanse vendor master data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Data Collection: Gather and validate vendor information using structured templates and communication tools.
- Database Cleansing & Management: Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring integration with existing systems and compliance with standards.
- Categorization: Organize and classify vendors based on predefined criteria to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Detail orientation
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel /MS Outlook)
- Flexibility
- Ability to learn and adapt
- Ongoing studies at least until June 2025
- Hungarian Scholarship is a MUST
- min 30-40 hours per week working availability
