Your tasks:

• Preparation of short- and medium-term capacity plans based on customer orders.
• Production planning based on customer orders
• Production/installation results, control of order feedback, root-cause analysis in case of deviation
• Monitoring of capacity plans and analysis in case of deviations.
• Adherence to customer deadlines, following changes in orders.
• Preparation and evaluation of analyses, reports and statistics related to planning.
• Up-to-date provision of other administrative tasks.
• Cooperation with partner departments and divisions

Your profile:

• Higher education in a technical or economic field
• Confident English language skills (written and spoken)
• Knowledge and practical use of a company management system (knowledge of Pro Alpha, Easy Project is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
• Openness to acquiring new knowledge
• Independent, precise, reliable work
• Load capacity, flexibility, good problem-solving skills, customer-oriented and complex way of thinking
• MS Office (knowledge of Excel, knowledge of functions)
• Proficiency in a manufacturing environment

Advantage:

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage, preferably in an international company
• German language skills
