Production planner

we are looking for a new member of our team

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and updating production forecasts and production plans based on sales orders.
• Preparing, scheduling and updating production orders based on a production plan, taking into account the availability of parts and the capacity of the manufacturer.
• Planning and monitoring of stock of parts and raw materials based on sales orders.
• Control the stock levels of raw materials required to fulfil production orders.
• Optimise production and shift scheduling.
• Ensuring that sales orders are fulfilled and taking corrective action in the event of discrepancies.
• Supervising the delivery of finished products to the customer.
• Liaising with other departments.
• Monitoring and updating production KPI, taking corrective action where necessary.
• Maintaining master data for production planning tasks.
• Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of production parts inventories.

We’re looking for you, if:

• You have a university degree.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You have a good level of English.
• You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional environment.
• You have good communication and organisational skills.
• You have good problem solving skills.
• You have the ability to work independently, completing tasks accurately, precisely and on time.
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.

Your application will be considered an asset:

• Knowledge of ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR Part820 standards
• Knowledge of Microsoft dynamics Navision
