About the Role:
As a production manager at Powerway Renewable Energy s.r.o., you hold a crucial position within our mission.
Your task at this position:
1. Responsible for the daily management of the production department and the arrangement of production tasks, and master the production progress to ensure completion as planned;
2. Production process management, preside over regular workshop meetings, comprehensively coordinate workshop work, supervise and guide the production process, and improve production capacity while ensuring production quality;
3. Statistical analysis of production conditions, propose improvement measures, and control production costs;
4. Grasp the production progress, effectively implement production systems and plans, issue production plans and tasks, arrange and control the production progress;
5. Occupational health and safety supervision and daily inspections at the work site, report problems or occupational health and safety hazards in a timely manner, and be responsible for the management of production safety, environmental safety, safety accidents, and special equipment in this department;
6. Other related work assigned by the leader.
Our expectations from you:
1. College degree or above, more than 3 years of experience as a production supervisor, experience in the mechanical processing industry;
2. Familiar with the production control process, and able to skillfully analyze and handle problems such as poor process;
3. Familiar with production cost control, overall operation, familiar with production operation process and process flow, etc.;
