The purpose of the role is to ensure the quality of the project(s) entrusted within the time and budget goals. The Jr. Project Manager will grow into the responsibility for the assigned project(s) and will operate an efficient, assertive and independent project management with the support of a Senior manager.
Main responsibilities includes (but not limited to) :

• Being involved in the creation of the project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Support the Senior Manager(s) in creating and compiling a schedule and cash flow table and updating it regularly in aim to manage project budgets, schedules and resources;
• Preparing a comprehensive documentation and all the necessary contracts for the execution of the project;
• Working with the internal and external teams for a flawless execution of projects: all subcontractors, customer, engineering team, procurement team;
• Closely cooperating with the legal team, construction and engineering team to ensure a proper pace of delivering project;
• Being engaged in on-site cooperation meetings;
• Regularly visiting the project site and the responsible parties;
• Carrying out organizational tasks related to construction works;
• Supporting in performing risk management and risk reporting;
• Taking care of the administration of the Construction Trusteet system and the issurance of performance certificates;
• Carrying out regular project reporting tasks, data provision;
• Contributing to a proper communication to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications and skills:
Essential qualifications:

• Engineering Degree required (Electricity, Mechanic, Architecture)
• At least one year of experience in Project Management
• Motivated, quick learner, multitasking, problem-solver, pro-active and results-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience in high-voltage substations and transmission lines, in solar power plant construction projects is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Project is a plus
• Knowledge of construction law is a plus

Varia:

• Driving license (B-category) required; Company car provided (with private use possible)

Additional information:

• · Home office possible with an expected time working from the office (Budapest) or from the project site (Northeast Hungary) 3-4 days a week, (depending on the workload and the progression of the project)
