Project Logistics Expert Eastern Europe
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Take care of operational activities for all Projects Logistics dedicated to the defined customer
- Take pre- and post-transportation dispositions, organize and control pick-ups and deliveries, customs clearance and all other shipment relevant activities
- Capture relevant data in the in-house computer system and if required in customers and customs systems.
- Provide a top-level customer service to our customers (internal and external) consisting of general inquiries, reservations, pre-alerts, etc.
- Respond on customer needs - related to Freight forwarding activities
- Arrange delivery with intention on best possible customer satisfaction
- Communication with all subcontractors, other stations, agents and with customer
- Considering and planning the most effective route and type of freight
- Tracking the movement of freight and in case of any deviations proactively searching for alternative solutions to satisfy customer
- Actively search for new solutions
- Preparing freight offers for internal and external customers using trusted subcontractors
- Support Business Development Team
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proved forwarding skills with min. 3 years working experience on relevant position in International Freight Forwarding Company
- Ability and readiness to adapt to new business environment
- Advanced English - written and spoken
- Hungarian – mother tongue
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy, ability to persuade
- Initiative and innovative attitude towards work and processes’ optimization
- Out of the box thinking, open minded
- Ability to work in a dynamic international team
- Excellent communication skills
