DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond promptly and effectively to all customer inquiries within established timelines
• Build and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of the client's products and services
• Manage incoming correspondence as requested
• Accurately record all calls in accordance with procedures
• Maintain administrative forms updated and organized
• Identify when a complex problem or inquiry needs to be escalated

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Hebrew both verbal and written. C1 Level of English
• Friendly and positive team player
• Service-oriented and great interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
• Conscientious and reliable
• Strong Attention to detail
• Empathic with genuine desire to help
