Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for a colleague to join the growing team in our Manufacturing site in Hungary. Based within a World Class Global Supply Chain , the role of Cloud Service Provider (CSP) order execution specialist is to interface with manufacturing, customer fulfilment, engineering, development and global logistics to build and ship orders to meet or exceed our large CSP customers’ expectations and complex needs.

In this role you will :
Manage order backlog release to manufacturing and work with manufacturing to achieve production / ship targets in line with SLA
Actively participate in daily production meetings and support daily exec management calls / meetings
Generate monthly production capacity schedule and manage on a week to week basis with manufacturing
Articulate parts supply issues and their impact to clean-to-build to optimize manufacturing capacity utilization and KPI’s
Actively identify and pursue automation and efficiency opportunities to allow us to scale in line with business growth
Help integrate new CSP customers into our management system as our customer base grows

As an ideal candidate you have :
English language proficiency along with fluent Hungarian
At least 3 - 5 years of experience, ideally with a background in Order Execution
Microsoft Office skills (Excel , PPT) plus knowledge of SAP
Experience of operating efficiently within a tight framework of regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly customer focused with effective decision making and problem-solving skills
Must be flexible in approach to work and have drive
Analytical skills with attention to details
