Working closely with the Order to Deliver team, Sales representatives, and Business Units on order management. A Day in the Life
As an Intern, you will support the Customer Care Team in Hungary by assisting in handling customer inquiries, the order operation process, and ongoing projects. Working closely with the Order to Deliver team, Sales representatives, and Business Units on order management. Your role will provide you with valuable learning experiences in customer service processes and healthcare professional engagement.
Internship details:
- Start date: January / February 2025
- Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
- Working hours: 24h per week
- Working model: hybrid (2 days from the office)
- Location: Budapest
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Support customer care team in daily tasks and processes
- Prepare and analyze reports, propose improvements, and participate in problem-solving initiatives
- Support cross departments (Sales, Finance, Order-to-Deliver)
- Cooperate with local logistic service provider
Required Knowledge:
- Pursuing a degree in higher education bachelor’s or master’s degree (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
- Fluency in Hungarian and at least upper-intermediate (B2) level of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to effectively multi-task, including navigating between programs to access customer data and input information while providing real-time support
- Displaying the can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement
Would be a plus:
- Studying Business, Economics or related field
- Familiarity with SAP program
