Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Retail Key Account Executive specializing in premium food products to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts, ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of our food product portfolio. This role requires strong knowledge of the food retail sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:1. Account Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned retail accounts in the food category.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with retail partners.
• Develop tailored strategies to grow product placement and increase market share within key accounts.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling product lines.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on account performance.

3. Retail Strategy Implementation:

• Collaborate with the marketing and category teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns in retail stores.
• Ensure product availability, proper shelf placement, and adherence to brand guidelines in stores.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

4. Relationship Building:

• Partner with buyers, category managers, and other stakeholders to influence product assortment and promotions.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

5. Operational Excellence:

• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of stock.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with retail partner agreements.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Hong Kong.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus).
