As the PMO Lead for Retail Transformation, you will play a crucial role in driving overall project management office for large scale process and digital transformation in a retail environment reporting to the Programme Director. You will guide teams across HK Food, H&B, and 7E in developing and managing the future process and design across banners that enhance our Customer First, People Led and Shareholder Driven strategy, for both physical and online markets. By leveraging your expertise, you will ensure that our strategies align with business goals, programme goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

The role will be a 3-years contract position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee PMO team and ensure programme governance and standards are adhered

Create/refine methodology and agree on working approaches.

Support programme Director in overall programme planning, activities, execution, and resourcing.

Manage programme scope and deliverables

Facilitate governance meetings such as programme management meeting and capturing of minutes of meetings.

Maintain templates & standards (e.g. induction guide, reporting guidelines, sign-off forms, gate forms).

Ensure approaches documents are updated based on latest changes.

Manage deliverable sign-off, track and maintain programme deliverables in Share Point.

Track key milestones and dependencies across the programme.

Manage programme issues, risks and drive resolutions (Owners of issue/risk item will own the resolution).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS

5-8 years of experience in project management with leadership role experience.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, especially senior leaders in a boardroom setting

Proven track record in delivering complex projects.

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess change impact and develop solutions.

Proficiency in project management methodologies.

Excellent spoken and written communication in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Good attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent will be highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, IT, or a related field .
