They are now looking for an experienced Investment Consultant to join their business.

Job Descriptions:
Partner with various stakeholders, including fund houses, investment teams, and Relationship Managers, to design investment propositions and wealth solutions.

Design tailored training programs for different types of brokers and markets, including IFAs, EAM, local brokers, and offshore markets.

Develop strong relationships with target brokers and business partners, devising and implementing strategies alongside Relationship Managers.

Track and assess the effectiveness of investment propositions and training programs to achieve sales targets.

Provide Relationship Managers with monthly market updates and insights.

Partner with the investment team to create model portfolios and conduct regular reviews for various target segments, including CIES.

Collaborate with Relationship Managers to coach and train new brokers, enhancing their investment knowledge and sales capabilities.

Support internal projects related to investment issues, such as fund selection, hero funds promotions, and educational videos.

Ensure compliance with all investment selling processes and established guidelines.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, investment consulting, wealth management, or a related field.

Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and providing tailored investment advice.

In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and market conditions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
