Responsibilities
Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring operational policies.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage cash drawers, ensuring accurate cash balances and compliance with cash handling procedures.
Assist clients with account inquiries and changes, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a seamless banking experience for clients.
Requirements
Degree in finance or business is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience is a plus.
HKSI or IIQE certification is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficient in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
