Responsibilities
Handling office tasks, such as create accounts for individual customers in company database system
Provide timely response to customer general Incoming enquiries, such as status of receipts and information update and retention via chat, phone and email
Handling managerial and clerical details, including incoming and outcoming faxes
Researched client history in database system
Provide constructive feedback for the customer and anticipate the needs in order to ensure positive experience
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Requirements
DSE / HKCEE or above, with Customer service experience preferable
Native in Cantonese, Good Command of in English (oral) and Mandarin
Good PC knowledge, especially typing (Chinese Word Processing)
Attention to detail and good communication skills
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
