即時聊天的面對面查詢和電話，為客戶提供優質服務
處理客戶查詢和投訴並提供解決方案
與團隊成員合作，實現整體 CS 績效標準
要求：
香港中學會考/香港中學文憑畢業生或以上，也歡迎應屆畢業生
1年客戶服務經驗優先
良好粵語、國語及英語口說及書寫能力
能夠輪班工作
熟練的 PC 技能，尤其是 MS Excel

Responsibilities:

• Manage face to face enquiries and provide quality service to customers
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions
• Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above, fresh graduates are also welcome
• 1 years customer service experience is an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Able to work on shifts
• Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Excel
• Immediately available is much preferred
