職責 :
協助管理及監察合約工地的日常清潔運作
與客戶建立並保持緊密的合作關係及跟進顧客查詢,提昇客戶服務質素
管理及監督前線員工
提出建議優化日常運作程序以提高營運效率

學歷要求 :
中五畢業或以上程度
5年或以上清潔行業工作經驗、2年或以上管理經驗
擁有良好的客戶服務及溝通技巧、具領導才能並能獨立處理日常營運事宜
良好團隊精神、主動及具責任感
流利廣東話及良好英語
能即時上班將作優先考慮
經驗較少可被考慮為工地總管
工作時間:每星期工作5-6天,每月6天休息日
地點:香港主題樂園,東涌

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the daily cleaning operations of a key account of cleaning service contract
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers enquirers
Lead the team for cleaning operations and management of operational workflows in order to maximize the operation efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
Form 5 or above
Minimum 5 years' working experience in cleaning industry with 3 years' supervisory experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, customer oriented, proactive and independent
Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Site Supervisor
Work Schedule: 6 days work week
Location: Hong Kong Amusement Park, Tung Chung
