職責 :

• 協助管理及監察合約工地的日常清潔運作
• 與客戶建立並保持緊密的合作關係及跟進顧客查詢，提昇客戶服務質素
• 管理及監督前線員工
• 提出建議優化日常運作程序以提高營運效率

學歷要求 :

• 中五畢業或以上程度
• 5年或以上清潔行業工作經驗、2年或以上管理經驗
• 擁有良好的客戶服務及溝通技巧、具領導才能並能獨立處理日常營運事宜
• 良好團隊精神、主動及具責任感
• 流利廣東話及良好英語
• 能即時上班將作優先考慮
• 經驗較少可被考慮為工地總管

工作時間：每星期工作5-6天，每月6天休息日
地點：香港主題樂園，東涌

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily cleaning operations of a key account of cleaning service contract
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers enquirers
• Lead the team for cleaning operations and management of operational workflows in order to maximize the operation efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 5 years' working experience in cleaning industry with 3 years' supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, proactive and independent
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Site Supervisor

Work Schedule: 6 days work week
Location: Hong Kong Amusement Park, Tung Chung
