Job Responsibilities

• Perform customer identification and due diligence in accordance with the banks' AML/CFT internal policies and processes.
• Conduct name screening, perform review and disposition of hits of screening result.
• Investigate the screening results, considering factors such as Sanctions, PEP, Adverse News and other relevant information.
• Escalate suspicious findings or potential matches if applicable.
• Operate within agreed business SLAs and internal standards.
• Assist with ad-hoc AML/KYC related issues and participate in Departmental Projects when needed.

Job Requirements

• University graduate preferably in accounting, business or law.
• Sound knowledge of the AML Guideline issued by HKMA and SFC
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) with good communication skills.
• Team player and work under the pressure
• Mature, hands-on and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills, confident and able to interact with colleagues from other functional areas and senior management.
