Service Engineer III / Technician

Service Engineer III / Technician
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone, email and onsite installation, repair & technical support to our clients
- Deliver & set up company’s devices at user site
- Provide support on IT/IOT/RFID/AUTO-ID system and device
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
- F.5/DSE or above (with knowledge in Electronic Engineering or equivalent is an advantage)
- 1-2 years on-site working experience on repairing business machine
- Holder of CCNA, MCP, MCSE is an advantage
- PC/Networking knowledge is preferred
- Independent, hardworking and self-motivated
- Good command in Cantonese
- Willing to perform shift duty (09:15 to 18:00 or 13:15 to 22:00 or 22:00 to 08:00), 5 days in a week depends on roster, shift allowance will be provided
- Applicant with less experience will be considered as the post of "Technician"
