Executive Officer I/Executive Officer II

Duties
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Dean;
- Schedule meetings, coordinate visits/events, and manage the Dean’s calendar;
- Deal with sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner;
- Handle information flow and maintain an effective record and filing system;
- Serve as a liaison between the College Office and its line departments, and maintain cordial relations between the Office and a wide spectrum of internal and external parties and stakeholders;
- Work on special projects as assigned by the Dean; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years’ administrative/secretarial experience, preferably in tertiary education sector;
- Being well-organised and attentive to details;
- Strong sense of responsibility with initiatives, and being self-motivated and alert to sensitive matters;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with multitasking skills.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.Information and Application
