Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of their exchange and matching engines.
• Oversee a global team of up to 10 developers across the APAC region.
• Engage in hands-on architecture, design, and development of low-latency trading infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Quant, and Management teams.

What they need:

• Solid Java experience, API development, Websocket designs, Frameworks and more!
• A track record of managing high performance global teams
• Architecture and (hands on) Development of Trading Systems
• Solid understanding of various Derivatives asset classes
• Excellent communicator!
