The University now invites application for the following position:

Communications and Public Affairs Office - Communications Assistant
(Ref: EA (CPAO) 2024-11-29)

Responsibilities

provide office administrative support and perform a variety of clerical duties;
assist in organising events and ceremonies;
handle service requests from both internal and external stakeholders;
maintain and update databases and mailing lists; and
conduct campus tours for visitors.

Applicants Should

possess a recognised bachelor’s degree, preferably in communication, public relations, journalism, marketing, advertising or other related disciplines;
have at least 1 year of work experience in office administration, event management or marketing communications is preferable;
have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
have effective administrative and communication skills; and
be well-organised, and able to handle multi-tasks efficiently.

Working outside normal office hours may be required.
