How a day-to-day will look like:
- Specialist training for the product/service which will be the world’s leading social media platform, connecting billions of people globally and providing a space for sharing ideas, content, and connecting with friends and communities.
- Assist customers using your troubleshooting skills

- Be ready to help via email/chat and phone calls
