Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Team Management: Lead and oversee a team of Sales Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering professional growth.

Performance Oversight: Manage and optimize the performance of the banquet, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business segments.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to the executive team .

Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Director of Sales or in a similar senior sales leadership role in the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of hotel sales, distribution channels, and revenue management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Fluent in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus).
