We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, drive brand growth, and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Performance Marketing & Digital Strategy
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (including PPC, display ads, retargeting, and paid social).
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging data insights and A/B testing.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA, etc.).
Collaborate closely with external digital agencies and partners, ensuring campaign goals are met and budgets are effectively managed.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep Airotel’s strategy competitive.
Brand Management
Oversee the development and execution of brand guidelines across all properties.
Manage and evolve the Airotel brand to maintain a strong, consistent image.
Create and implement campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Content Creation & PR
Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify our brand.
Partnership & Collaboration
Identify and develop partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and tourism boards.
Coordinate marketing initiatives with external agencies and vendors, including creative and digital agencies.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Regularly review and assess marketing campaign performance, both online and offline.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills, with experience in tools like Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple agencies and vendors.
Proficiency in both Greek and English.
Experience in working with digital agencies is a plus.
