Within our growth strategy we are looking for a new staff member located in Athens, Greece as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:

• Recruitment, selection and start-up support for new Franchisees (“KUMON Instructors”).

- Engage candidates
- Facilitate online and offline meetings
- Develop business and marketing plans

• Support our KUMON Instructors and cooperate with them through regular visits, individual meetings and various means of communication

- Optimize their performance
- Make our franchise system successful across European countries
- Develop the KUMON Learning Centres - to ensure that all Learning Centres meet the expected instruction and quality standards as well as their growth goals

• Correspond to our strategic improvement and development plan of the region
• Develop, present and implement an annual strategy and action plan

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or social science.
• High school level’s mathematics and English
• First-hand experience as in sales and/or education management

E.g.) Junior Sales Representative / Junior Consultant

• Very good English and Greek in speech and writing, further European language skills are advantageous
• Very good Microsoft Office knowledge
• Driver's license
• Positive and caring interest in children and their abilities
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate people
• Passion for customer service
