To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Electrical Site Service Supervisor (m/f/d) located preferably in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Reporting to the Service Centre Operations Manager, EMEA, the Electrical Site Service Supervisor´s role will be managing all aspects involved in the maintenance/installation works undertaken by the company including the managing/overseeing of equipment dispatched to construction site.

What a typical day looks like:

Completing the necessary certificates for handover to client and witness testing and associated documentation, as required;
Thermal imaging survey to be carried out using Fluke thermal imaging camera through the thermal grids where applicable;
Monitoring the works and providing reports as necessary as to project status;
Efficiently and effectively directing other employees/contractors engaged in works on behalf of the company;
Interconnection/Testing/Commissioning of LV Switchgear;
Target ‘zero harm’ to ultimately eliminate defects, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and pollution;
Conduct site inductions and task briefings as required;
Ensure method statements are communicated, understood, acknowledged and followed;
Completing records and certificates for handover to clients;
Carrying out witness testing and provide associated documentation as required;
To efficiently supervise and control site works in hand to maximise the profits of the company without compromising quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

An electrician, ideally with proven knowledge and experience in LV Switchgear ideally with 5 - 10 years’ experience in a similar role, must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious with a high standard of attention to detail;
Ability to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment and demonstrate flexibility;
Demonstrable experience in a management / supervisory role;
Valid Manual Handling Awareness Certificate, SSSTS cert, ESC Card and UKATA Asbestos Awareness certificate;
Ability for on-call duty during evenings and weekends;
Willingness and eligible to work in Germany, EU Car driving licence;
Fluent English and German knowledge both in written and spoken form.
