Position Overview:
As the Site Leader for our facility in Raunheim, Germany, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall operations of this strategically important Repair & Overhaul site. Your leadership will be instrumental in integrating Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Working Capital, and Human Resources to drive efficiency and excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Operations Management, with a focus on achieving business objectives through effective team leadership and strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and overall responsibility for the site's operational excellence.
• Drive delivery, cost, and cycle time improvements, ensuring the implementation of initiatives to create a world-class operating environment.
• Develop short and long-range plans to guarantee the attainment of operational results.
• Oversee Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Working Capital, and Human Resources functions.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and accountability in achieving business goals.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• BA or BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in Operations Management within a highly-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of P&L and operations financial management.
• Green belt, Black Belt, or Lean Certification preferred.
• Fluency in German and English required.
