Head of Talent Development

We are looking for a Head of Talent Development. This position can be placed either in Finland in Helsinki or in Germany in Hamburg or Bremen. The position is permanent.

In this position you will have the responsibility of leading talent development initiatives and processes for the entire group. You will be responsible for developing and implementing employee development programs, including training, leadership development, and career progression initiatives. This global role ensures that our employees have the necessary tools to succeed and grow within the organization and that we have a culture in place enabling a high-performance company and great place to work. The Head of Talent Development works closely with People & Culture colleagues globally, internal communication, department leaders, and employees to align development programs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent development strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Design and manage training programs that support professional development, leadership development, and continuous learning.
Implement career path frameworks to help employees understand their growth opportunities within the company.
Develop and implement company talent review and succession planning processes.
Develop and drive the company performance management process to ensure strategy implementation and constant performance and competence development.
Promote an inclusive learning environment where all employees have access to development opportunities.
Promote and drive a One Company culture developing the appreciated behaviours impacting culture development and alignment and our values.
Build learning content for internal wellbeing programs and initiatives, and promote wellbeing internally at Epassi
Oversee the budget for talent development programs, ensuring efficient use of resources
Tracking and measuring KPI, ROI etc. and providing measurable insight related to talent development

Experience:
+7 years of talent development or HR experience preferably in a global organisation within the technology sector.
Operate as a respected business partner, not simply taking direction, but driving, designing and delivering programs and processes, with strong focus on business development and impact thorough talent development
Ability to assess organizational needs and develop strategies that align with business objectives.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate training sessions effectively.
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
A strong team player, who thrives in a collaborative setting and works well within a matrixed environment.
Enthusiastic, creative and resourceful. An energetic self-starter, willing to take initiative with confidence.
Native or excellent verbal and written English, all other languages are an advantage.
Technology savvy. Experience in using learning management systems (LMS), digital training tools and using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness.
