We are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist with an analytical mindset to join our IAM team, which is part of the Metso Cybersecurity organization.

As security is at the core of all our development this position will be part of a team that will implement Metso-level security best practices and keep the Metso business secure.

This position is mainly located in Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options

What you’ll do

We are looking for a person who will help Application Owners with onboarding their digital services to the IAM controls, predominantly to the Clear Skye IGA and Auth0 systems.

This role requires an analytical mindset, and technical and coordination skills to streamline application onboarding.

Together with the Cybersecurity team, you take ownership of our procedures and instructions. Work closely with Application Owners to ensure everything stays current and effective.

You will be responsible when it comes to IAM controls and onboarding. You will work closely with Application Owners and Service Managers setting goals and providing support for projects and audit requests.

You will be responsible for continuous development in our workflows and processes, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and operate efficiently. We’re seeking a proactive team member, who can take charge of the implementation of our processes and workflows. In addition to technical expertise, this role demands strong communication and collaboration skills to drive success.

Who you are

Proven experience with IT solutions and processes.
Understanding of Workforce & Customer Identity and Access Management.
Familiarity with IT processes and the software development lifecycle.
Willingness to work across borders and with diverse cultures.
Previous experience with Agile methodology and SAFe is considered a plus.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
