Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for children in our resort. This role requires someone who is passionate about working with children and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet children and parents upon arrival at the Kids Area
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for children
• Plan and oversee daily activities and games for children of different age groups
• Ensure the safety of children at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized Kids Area
• Monitor and report any behavioral or medical concerns to parents and management
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to both children and parents
• Collaborate with other resort departments to coordinate events and activities for children
• Attend training and meetings as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred
• Basic first aid and CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in English (additional language skills are an asset)

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
