About this opportunity:
Ericsson is looking for a Head of Monetization West part for Service Line (SL) Business and Operations Systems (BOS) for Market Area Middle East and Africa (MMEA). This role will be reporting to the Head of Monetization for MMEA and will be part of BOS Delivery Excellence. Role is opened in Egypt. Final location, however, will be assessed across all MMEA countries.


What you will do:

• 
  Lead BOS Monetization portfolio delivery in MMEA West Cluster, managing Solution Architects, and System Integrators.
• People Manager of own unit and a Leader across matrixed organization extending to solution line professionals in other CU BOS and SD/SDU units.
• Closely Partners with Global Delivery, Global Delivery centers, Product Managers, Product Development Units and Customer Support organizations.
• Set Individual Performance and Development goals for members with regular check-ins.
• Responsible for team dimensioning; and Cost Center Responsible to deliver over-Absorption target and required Utilization/Billability.
• Accountable for the delivery of Services (Solution Delivery).
• Responsible for competence management and upskilling of their community to serve business needs.
• Responsible to review and align delivery models; and secure the skillsets required to fulfill the delivery.
• Drive a Knowledge Sharing and Asset building culture across their community.
• Secure needed Live Node Activity (LNA) Adherence and drive quality assurance.
• Instill a culture for add on sales and customer value maximization.
• Drive the full onboarding of automation in collaboration with BOS automation champions and Product Management.
• Lead product escalations related to project issues and portfolio roadmap issues in collaboration with Business Development & Portfolio.
• Single Point of Accountability/Escalation for own solution line from product and delivery readiness perspectives.
• Accountable to review and sign-off on Solution Responsible during Pre-sales

The skills you bring:

• 
  7+ years of experience in Telecom/Systems Integration with focus on BSS including Charging and Billing.
• University degree in ICT/Engineering. Graduate degree such as an MBA is a plus.
• Strong People Manager track record leading Team members.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional highly matrixed and globally distributed teams.
• Mandatory certifications: Senior Solution Architect GIAP certification.
• Other certifications: TOGAF, ITIL are a plus.
• In depth knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (ODA, ODF, Open API, e TOM, SID)
• Expert level in Charging & Billing with surrounding Domains.
• Strong consultative, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven track record to deliver results within a time sensitive and high-pressure environment.
• Highly proficient collaboration skills
• Solid ability to communicate effectively at executive levels.
• In-depth knowledge of running Organizational and Solution Level Governance.
• Fluent in English
