Cybersecurity Infrastructure Team Leader

Job Description
The role is to implement cybersecurity active network nodes and other cybersecurity solutions and to maintain oversight of existing platforms upgrades/Enhancements. You will be responsible for leading a team of IT cybersecurity engineers who focus on the implementation of all security active nodes like firewalls, WAF, NAC, Load balancers, Anti DDos and cybersecurity solutions like Sandbox, SIEM, EDR, EPP , DLP, Emails gateways, etc.

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and manage Cybersecurity infrastructure budgets, resource capacity.
- Prioritize workload to deliver on time/within budget for all approved projects.
- Lead the implementation of various cybersecurity solutions at customer's site.
- Oversee the design, configuration of active network security solutions.
- Collaborate with different teams to implement cybersecurity solutions using existing technologies and new emerging technologies.
- Support on going operations and upgrades for existing solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation related to network security solutions, including configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network security technologies and encourage the team to adopt new tools and techniques.

Technical Skills
• Strong Knowledge of data network protocols, design and topologies. • Solid experience in the implementation and configuration of active network components.
- Knowledge of public cloud cybersecurity administration (AWS, Azure, OCI or GCP)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
