• Develop Medical Information materials for external customers and internal business partners that are accurate, relevant, scientifically balanced, and in accordance with relevant SOPs and regulations.
• Provide the customers with timely, accurate and scientific information on the product by phone call or e-mail and ensure that Medical Information materials are always up to date.
• Ensure prompt and accurate reporting of adverse events/quality complaints related to any medical information inquiry, accordingly to internal standard operating procedure.
• Support audit readiness for Medical Information and reconciliation with other departments.
• Act in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies including adverse events / pharmacovigilance responsibilities.
• Develop in depth knowledge on processes and regulations pertained to Medical Information in the different covered markets.
• Ensure that Medical Departments at Affiliate levels are trained on and are compliant with the Corporate Medical Information procedures and liaise with and provide content and process support to business partner medical information staff.
• Assist the Corporate Medical Affairs colleagues to manage any medical issues with internal stakeholders, partners and or Competent Authorities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of medical information processes, in line with customer expectations and business needs.
• Support the timely management of contracts with different vendors including diligent budget tracking.

• Master’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnologies or other scientific related fields.
• At least 2 years of previous work experience in Medical Information either within a Subsidiary or at HQ level, or at least 4 years in R&D department.
• Knowledge of pharma development processes and understanding of technical and business issues.
• Awareness of legal and ethical issues that might affect the provision of information in the different markets covered.
• Strong computer skills.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, results orientation and communication skills.

• Permanent contract with Fidia Egypt.
• Annual Gross Salary between 400.000-460.000 EGP.
